My problem is that if I buy Songbook for £50 and it does not do what I want, there is no chance of getting your money back. Also, it is not even possible to sell it on. So, if it does not do what I want I have thrown £50 away - something I do not like doing. All this would not be a problem if a trial version was available.
At present nobody has stated how good it is in use. Can you save playlists in Songbook on the Touch ? Can you random play music ?
how about a demo version of songbook, so everybody can try it without first spending 65 EUR? the price is very expensive, ok we all have spent a lot of money on our DS and NAS etc. but does this justify the price for the songbook app?

I would say so. The market for DS apps is not that big, and it takes time to develope such an application. I want to support a developer who makes just the application that I feel that I need.
I am beta testing this app, but I will gladly pay for my program as it does not cost more that a Playstation 3 game (in Norway) wich is not as useful, and the SongBook app will be used a lot more that any of my PS3 games.
But I can understand that people would like to try a demo version before they payed 65 EUR.
(The latest version has no problem with detecting my Akurate DS - the previous version, the one that I think is out now, did not work for me either.)
Best regards,
Christer
