Hi
This is my first post and it might cause a snigger,but does anyone else find a difference listening with spectacles on or off.I dont know why but I prefer to listen with them off.

I would but it's probably more effective to close your eyes!( I do)Quite simple really - lets you focus more on the music - same a listening in the dark - less distractions.
