Simple question. Since you started listening to recorded music, which track have you listened to the most? To get some kind of perspective on this, it would be good to know when you bought your first single/album/CD with your own money.

My most listened to track is Love's "Alone Again Or". The first record I ever bought with my own money was The Beatles' "Help" single back in 1965.

How about the rest of you?

Chris
Laurie Anderson - Hiawatha.

My first LP I bought was the Easy Rider sound track.
As I'm an 'old git', my first single was The Liquidator, by Harry J and the Allstars, a reggae disc from the late 'sixties. First album; honestly not sure. I recall buying the soundtrack to 2001: A Space Odyssey, so maybe it was that... I'll 'ave a think.
Track I've listened to the most? Hard one, although Paul Simon's American Tune is up there.

Mick.

Favourite track?:

Valentyne Suite by Colosseum

Got in 1970/71 and played it really often (even the dances of the Swanlake ballet matches to the music - or was I just high Cool?).

First record I bought by myself? I think it was Aftermath.

It's not easy to pick up just one song, but i think my favourite and most listen track is John Lennon: Woman.
