I think Linn have learn there lessons from the dubble Linto setup of some users in the past. The Urika was made with this in mind. And I think, the whole Radikal / Urika approach is made with the best effort.

Unless you're willing to pay for two Radikal's?

Cirkus chassis+latest armboard / Ekos II / Benz Wood / T-kable / Linn topplate+stud / latest Linn plinth / latest cross brace / Trampolin II / Lingo I+latest motor / Linto / Mana Reference

RE: Two Radikals,One for the motor,One the Urika
I tried this a few weeks ago but to no avail.

Powering the motor from the first Radikal was not a problem, but when connecting the second Radikal to the Urika, there was a lack of cartridge amplification leading me to believe that the Urika was not being powered. A previous thread mentions this being tried before [http://forums.linn.co.uk/bb/showthread.php?tid=6646&highlight=two+radikal], with the participants having far more success.

Whether changes have been made either with the introduction of the Dynamik or to the Radikal itself, neither I or my dealers have been able to ascertain.

I tried it at home once and actually felt the single power supply was more musical.

I thought the Radikal was expressly designed to supply the dc motor and the urika with no compromise?

RE: Two Radikals,One for the motor,One the Urika
Why not fit TWO motors, if the second motor unit is raised above the position of the lower drive belt there is ample room on the inner platter to accomodate TWO belts.
That might cure Sondeks dynamic wow problem too.
