Linn Klimax celebration 14th October 2010

HiFi Cinema are delighted to invite all of our customers and Linn fans within range of our showroom to a Klimax celebration.
The Event is on the 14th October and is a celebration of our status as Klimax dealer. It will be a fun evening with good music refreshements, and sage advice to those that want it.
If you want to come and listen to some of the best that Linn has on offer, drop us a line and let us know, bring a friend and your favorite music and come celebrate with us. The event runs from about 7pm to 10pm - thought we'll be here earlier if you are keen. There's plenty of parking, but please let us know if you want to attend, so we can give you the entry code for the barrier onto the site.

Stop press - we have Paul the guitarist coming to provide some live guitar recitals too, and as a result are starting a little earlier at 6pm

Thanks for this. Last night was very enjoyable.

Paul is a fantastic guitarist. He was playing all sorts of music, flamenco, Foc by Rodrigo & Gabriela. He had a effects pedal that did looping. He'd play a rhythm, seamlessly without us noticing record it, and then start playing a melody over the top of it. Sometimes he'd build up several layers, rhythm, percussion by slapping the guitar, melody and then finally add effects on top.

CDs on the MDSi through 140s sounded great.

I'd heard 350As before, but it was nice to hear a Radikal LP12 through them and also to be allowed to pick from their LP collection.
