Don't forget that the whole deck is travelling a lot faster through space at the Equator than it is in Glasgow and it's also not presented at an angle to the rotational forces. Tongue Smile

Has anyone ever checked the temperature (and hence, pliability) of surrounds after playing a few tracks?

Just tested my Technics/Ekos/ArkivBoron and found that warming up with a lamp can enable it to pass the LFO tracking test, which it fails otherwise. We have no central heating and I can quite often see my breath in my listening room.

That is way too cold. If I was having trouble at 17 degrees, your system must be really struggling.
