RE: what Power Cable use on ADS?
The selection is huge, depending how large your wallet is. There are a lot of tests on the Net, and again, as always, listen! If you hear the difference and you have the money, then consider it.

Without starting an old religious war all over again, I am convinced there is a difference (as there is in case of IC's, too) between cables.

Klimax DS/1, Krell KRC-HR, Halcro DM68, Martin Logan Summit X, PS Audio PPP, Nordost Valhalla IC and speaker cables

There is definitely a difference. Some very expensive power cables make my Linn system sound very edgy. Stock cables seem to provide the best results. YMMV.

I agree but if you want something a little thicker (10 AWG), check out the great deal on the MagicPower power cord from Signal Cable (USA):
http://signalcable.com/magicpower.html

The stock Linn power cords are roughly 18-19 AWG in thickness and a 15A circuit normally requires a 14 AWG power cord (according to an electrician friend of mine).

I really hope my ADS is not drawing 15A.

Hi,

Wih A friend who as developped power cables, me made some tests.
Conclusion: it's not necessary to replace the LInn cable due to the very small difference.

Thorens TD 125 mk II & Lyra Dorian & PS Audio - Linn Akurate DS 1 (D) - Karan KA I 180 - Sonus Faber Cremona M - Interconnect câbles "Legato Fluidita 2" - speaker cables "Ultima"

RE: what Power Cable use on ADS?
There is a huge difference between power cables. Some cost 100's of times more than others.

But that is the only difference.
