ludwig - So you're saying burnt CD's don't need error correction?
Burning CDs is a minefield insofar as determining quality. Having the perfect rips are one thing, but different brand blank CD-Rs give different results as well - some defintely sound better than others. Remember CD is an optical medium. Which is why I don't really believe in 'bit-perfect' rips of existing CDs. Just rips which sound good enough. |
