RE: The Dynamiked Radikal
If you thought that the Dynamik didn't affect the motor, you are wrong,... big time. This is, by far, the best configuration of the Radikal DC Motor PS. Get to your local Linn dealer and do an A/B comparison. Choose a record you find harsh to listen, say with a brass horn section for starters.
There's more to it, of course, but that should give you a big clue. An undercover agent for the Blues. ![]() The Sara Doctor. thesaradoctor@gmail.com |

RE: The Dynamiked Radikal
By the time you've got a Dynamik Radikal AND Keel fitted Manfred, I can't see you using that DS much.............might gather dust a bit Manfred.

RE: The Dynamiked Radikal
gents - i was very curious entering the dark (for not to say black) side of listening. and so far i can really follow your statements - even without keel and dyn-rad. BUT - every media gives something that the other is not delivering; before talking quality here it is just such a different presentation. i'm really tempted opening a new thread on that once i am really deep into listening to black stuff. so far (one for the linn marketing guys) i can only say "you've haven't seen it all until you had both" ![]() no more off topic now, promised! manfred system can be found in profile Location: near Düsseldorf GER |

RE: The Dynamiked Radikal
@ Bassato- I have to agree with Dr_Eddie - I had the Dynamik upgrade to my Radikal (only powers the motor)- I did not tell my wife, but she immeditaley noticed the difference and I had to confess my purchase!
it is a huge upgrade- shocking! LP12 Radikal(D), Keel, Khan, Ekos 2, Cadenza Black (Kandid deposit paid), Urika, AK Kontrol(D), 2x AK 3200(D) into KEF 205/2. 2250 into Kef 204/2, 2x LK140 into Kef 206/2s. VDH MC Gold interconnects. VDH Magnum Tri-wired front end. Nordost Vishnu mains. Twin dedicated ring mains. All sat on IsoBlue. |

It's just stepped up to another level. How does the burn-in process affect the power supply for a motor alone? I have no idea. Mud you were right. |

RE: The Dynamiked Radikal
So... as the Dynamik makes such a HUGE difference to the Radikal (the power supply to the power supply)......has anyone tried different mains leads? (the power supply to the power supply to the power supply)
