AB comparison
Just thought of a nice-to-have feature: play two versions of the same recording (e.g. different masterings, different resolutions) in sync and be able to switch back and forth between version A and B.
Any way to do this with a DS? Phil |

I will post the link of the last meeting of the Shanghai Audiophile Society where the topic of the evening was a format comparison as soon as will be published on line. Cheers |

RE: AB comparison
Yeah you do not want it actually in sync; I don't fully remember but I think 20 secs delay was optimal? That is what the mind remembers, or is that based on my wife talking to me
![]() Seriously a delay helps you re-hear the same passages on an A/B comparison. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ #1: KDS,KK,SME20/2A w/Akiva, Uphorik,Klimax 350A, Transparent Reference XL Cables #2: KDS,Unidisc 1.1,KK,Solosx2,Kremlin,Komponent 110,JL Audio F113, Transparent Reference XL Cables #3: Klimax Renew, Klimax Chakra twin, Akurate Pre, Majik 109s, Akurate Sub |
