I have tried ripping things to a NAS and serving them with a PS3 but it's just too much bother for the benefit, so far. For this, I use DVD decrypter, DVD Identifier, and DVD Shrink.

First of all I would like to thank you all for your effort trying to help me out here. And I have learned a lot since I started this journey.

I must say that I like the idea of an Popcorn Hour A-110 but it seams that I can not use it with Blu-Ray movies (.ISO), but maybe a future version will support that? I still want to get rid of all those discs so while waiting for the "perfect" solution I'll may go for a PS3 solution.

But it can. All you need is a PC with BD-ROM drive and Slysoft's AnyDVD software, I believe.
