RE: Off topic...
SteveC Wrote:If the purpose is to reduce use of space, there are simpler solutions. As a halfway house to stop the clutter in the living room, I take all the DVDs out of their cases and put them in big folders such as Case Logic that hold several hundred discs. Each disc gets an accession number written on it corresponding to a database held online by http://www.dvdprofiler.com, which has a more detailed local installation on a laptop. The original cases are stocked in boxes in a spare room. When I go shopping I check http://www.dvdprofiler.com first, to make sure no-one in the house has bought the DVD film already First of all I would like to thank you all for your effort trying to help me out here. And I have learned a lot since I started this journey. I must say that I like the idea of an Popcorn Hour A-110 but it seams that I can not use it with Blu-Ray movies (.ISO), but maybe a future version will support that? I still want to get rid of all those discs so while waiting for the "perfect" solution I'll may go for a PS3 solution.
