RE: Ripping SACD to 24 bit FLAC with a PS3
I'm new to this and trying to rip some sacd iso's to flac files which works nicely with the SACD2DSD toolkit, saracon, etc. I was just wondering 2 things:
- How do i know if to choose the batch file: 'extract dsd audio files' or 'extract dst audio files'? On some SACD's i can only import the dsd files into saracon when using the 'dsd batch file' and on some only when using the 'dst batch file' - Do you always convert the dsd files to 24 bit 88.2 khz? Or is it sometimes possible/preferable to convert to 24 bit 176.4 khz? |
