Open the cue sheet and look for the line ""filename".dff" WAVE. Exchange the .dff with .wav and load the cue sheet into XLD. Then convert the files to .flac.

Dynamic Range Meter is a plugin for foobar to measure the highest peak in a track. If it tells you the loudest part is e.g. -5,88 dB you can safely add 5,87 dB to the file.
