Indeed.

Radikal placement and proximity to power supplies. Naim in HM’s case does make a noticeable difference. I reported this in the Green place way back...

Personally, I’m happy with just one single black Klimax Radikal on my system.

BTW, the black one sounds better........... Wink

It is definitely, in my experience, worth trying a 15amp round pin on an Klimax Radikal (ensure your CU for such conforms to UK regs of course).

Peter, I guess it's a joke (pls, tell me it is).

Actually I was sure that Radikal case (either Klimax or Akurate) has no impact on SQ.

Do I miss something?

There is a difference the Radikal in the Klimax case sounds better.

After the upgrade with the new power supply the difference is not so daramatic anymore but still noticeable.

Was it a dramatic difference before the new power supply? Linn always told it was no difference in sound quality between the boxes and other sources told the regular box with a Naim Powerline cable sounded better and it was not possible to use the Powerline with the Klimax box....

In any case, interesting. I have never compared myself and never seen a Klimax Radikal in the flesh. Not too many on these shores, if any....
Anyway, always liked the Klimax in black (from pics only unfortunately)

Linn products with the Naim Powerline sound musically dead. I compared the cables with a Majik DS-I. The sound was more impressive with the Powerline, but the music was gone.
