Shepherd’s Bush Empire, London Nov 2008 Amazing, hadn't seen him live since Royal Albert Hall in mid 90s. Similarly, hadn't seen Joe Satriani live since mid 90s, and saw him twice this year: Hammersmith London and Melbourne Australia. RE: My Most Recent Concert
Lloyd Cole on Monday night (12th Jan) in Sheffield. It was just Lloyd and his guitar and he did 2 hours of songs covering everything he has ever done. He was brilliant (not perfect as he forgot the words quite a bit but this all added to the occassion as he made a joke of it). Best bit was buying a CD in the foyer of the same gig he did a few years ago (his Dad sells the CDs in the foyer - class) and listening to it through my system. It sounded like I was back in the concert hall.
