A Postcard from Singapore
As mentioned on the Happy as a Clam thread:
Quote:Tony Tune-age Wrote: Quote:: Me....Ok - Tomorrow evening sees me at Heathrow Airport again! So if my clients agree to letting me post some pictures, there should be more to interest you soon. Ok, although posting sporadically on a few threads, I've been pretty busy here for the past week and just haven't had chance to post any set up pictures yet.... sorry for that and here goes! I may be a bit slow, as I'll be uploading the pictures to Facebook too and catching up there too if I can! RE: A Postcard from Singapore
Well then................. Here's a good a place to start as any.... At the beginning
![]() Please excuse my local "Take-Out" lunch in the back of the shot......... Chicken and rice with chilli sauce ![]() ![]() An Office System! LP12 as seen, recently serviced Nait 2 and some Kans on Kan stands - Nice anywhere, but essential for this 37th floor work-place. Sounded great and I managed to tighten the Kan drivers and front baffles without breaking the grilles when removing them - Phew Fettling LP12s since 1980 Tel 01162 623754 Email - peter@cymbiosis.com Skype - peteratcymbiosis www.cymbiosis.com |

Nice office system, especially on the 37th floor! Good old Khans, still sounding good no doubt!

RE: A Postcard from Singapore
When one is 7,000 miles away from home, sometimes small "technical issues" can be a pain!
Here, the client's locally brought, brand new jig had a nice lump of weld obstructing the passage of the bolt and so it wouldn't thread up - Hmmmm!Normally, I check everything before departure, but here Murphy's Law applied..... for a while until I found a suitable sized drill - Cost me some valuable time though............

RE: A Postcard from Singapore
Very interesting Peter, who would have ever expected that type of problem - eh?
Glad you were able to solve the problem though .(2012-04-23 18:48)Cymbiosis Wrote: When one is 7,000 miles away from home, sometimes small "technical issues" can be a pain! |

That's all part of life's rich pageant I guess!
Anyway, it all worked out in the end..... and here's another...: ![]() This one in a very serious non-Linn system:

RE: A Postcard from Singapore
As some people know, I love getting the chance to get out and see some of the local flora and fauna when on my travels. Here, a pair of Storks at the Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve.
