 Konductor'11 - New UI test page
I've been working on a new UI for Konductor'11.
If you want to test it out then point your iOS 5.0 [*] device to the URL below & save it to your homescreen. Obviously this is a UI beta so it won't control your DS but it should give you a pretty good indication of how the new version of Konductor will look. There are a few things missing at the moment but in general it's pretty close. This UI should (Apple permitting) be available as a free upgrade to Konductor'11 in the next 4-5 weeks. PS Fullscreen cover art is toggled by pressing the album title. [*] You'll get a pretty good idea from Safari or Chrome on PC / Mac. Sorry - iOS 5 specific from now on as the WebKit component lacks certain key features prior to that. I agree, the now playing screen does look crowded on the iPhone (Especially in vertical view). I'm considering how best to approach this. I could hide the random / repeat buttons or make the volume a hidden slider (Overlaying the cover art). But please keep the comments coming. This new UI (or the architecture) is specifically designed to make changes easier.

Have you considered a layout similar to that provided by the control web UI from the DS? This is very clean looking in my view.

I think I'll move the repeat / random buttons to the bottom of the playlist page & remove the 'trash' cans + add a 'Edit playlist" button.

How come nobody mentions the update is available? Already wrote sth in the CP-thread over at the LinnDS-"area"....
