RE: iPad control point comparison

So if I would switch to MinimServer the control apps suddenly would give me the possibility to see all tags that I have made or just to show me certain tags and to hide those which I don't want to see? I can't believe it. If you don't believe it, try it and you'll get a very pleasant surprise! ![]() In MinimServer setup, there's a property named userTags that lets you choose exactly which tags in your music collection you'd like to see when browsing. The control point will show you the tags you specify there, and no others. Also, you can use the control point to browse these tags in any order, as there is no predefined hierachy for selection. Quote:Nevertheless it's a potential issue no matter how small the font is. The control app has to show the complete title, no matter if it's only one character or hundred. And using smaller font size for longer titles is not acceptable for me because font size and style have a meaning too: bigger is more important, so the small titles in the list look like must not take them as serious like the normal ones. (That's sick in Powerpoint too!) You can select the small font size in SongBook Lite setup, which will give you a consistent font size for all items. If you do this and use landscape mode on the iPhone, you probably won't get 100 characters but it shouldn't be too far off this. (I can't check the exact number at the moment.) |
