I was! Not that involved as I only ever posted half a dozen messages, I think. Can't even recall my username, although it's always possible that it was 'mickc'!

I was also there, albeit under an old Hotmail account. Looks like I posted about 70 times, so not quite up with my 3500 or so here!

Never heard of it before; was it a forum about fruit drinks (or is my dyslexia getting worse)? I used to be active on various newsgroups back in the early 90's (I can say that year for certain as I remember getting the client to work on Windows 3, then updating to Win 95). It's curious as I'd forgotten all about newsgroups until the other day and I was just wondering if they still exist, or whether they're all dead and gone (replaced by blogs and forums); I must have a look at the www to see what the score is.

I've just found my old user account which was still recognised and re-discovered all the old Topica Linn threads. It looks like people are still talking about the same things!

Yep,
Been there, done that...  Google let's you see all your posts from way back. The oldest I can trace is from 1992 on the the old Novell listserv from BitNet. and the 1995 OS/2 listserv Anybody remember those? My age is showing Akurate DS/1, Kontrol/1, 2200/1 & 242 MkIII.
