Eric Sykes RIP
Nothing to do with Linn but I suspect he has a lot of fans on this forum.

RE: Eric Sykes RIP
I was reading about this earlier - great shame; he always seemed such a nice bloke. The only upside is that perhaps now the BBC will do something about showing or releasing all the episodes of Sykes that still exist.

RE: Eric Sykes RIP
A man who overcame great adversity ( he was deaf ) to become a great writer and performer, very sad news.
LP12 / Renew / KK in Black / Tunebox full of cards / LK140 X2 / Klout on the Bass / Keltiks / lots of Silver Linn Cables / thick grey expensive cable under the floor boards AKA K600 - Qnap/Twonky/Kinsky/Netgear and some other stuff I almost understand ![]() Vintage untuned and slightly deaf ears ! |

RE: Eric Sykes RIP
Yet another legend of the comedy world has departed to the celestial comedy theatre.
The world is a sadder place with his passing. A truly great wrighter and performer who will be laughing now with Spike, Peter, Harry, Frankie, Michael, and of cause Tony. I thank you for many a belly laugh and slightly offbeat look at life!!! |
