Knekt-R Receiver won't upload to an RCU

My system is an Intersekt based Knekt setup. This works fine and I am able to load from Lininstall via a RS232 cable to RoomAmps and their RCUs. So, my cables, software and configution all should be fine.

I have a Knekt Receiver and RCU that won't take an upload. The RCU will display 'dnload' then the communication times out.

It does seem to be the Receiver that is the faulty component:
- if I substitute a RoomAmp then the upload works fine
- the RCU has the latest software on it, version 4.26
- when looking at the XML config files within LinInstall they are identical for a RoomAmp and Receiver, so I assume that from a Knekt point of view the two are interchangable
- the receiver does not seem to pass communication from a correctly configured RCU to the Intersekt. If I substitute a RoomAmp for this Receiver then the Intersekt no longer receives any messages from the RCU unit

This Receiver used to work. Suddenly it won't. Has it died on me?

Can it be fixed?
