Moutain Lion and Linn software
Just a quick FYI if you install Mountain Lion. By default it only allows Macstore apps or certified developers, so Konfig and Kinsky will not run.
Go to system preferences>Security & Privacy>General> click on the lock icon to unlock to edit and then click on "Anywhere."

Thank you. I was thinking of loading it up this weekend, if I have a chance.

For clarification, this only applies to updates. Apps already installed prior to updating to Mountain Lion will run fine. This error hit me only today when I updated to Davaar 8

Alternatively, right-click on the app and choose OPEN then you can choose to run it anyway. No need to change preferences if you dont want to - probably a good security feature to limit what runs...
