Aktive cards
Hi
I'm looking for cards for my soon to be purchased 140's when I find a set!

Would 109 cards fit and just leave me needing the base? They're to go into a 6100.

Thanks in advance Scott.

RE: Aktive cards
Nope, you need the M140 cards - the M140 doesn't even share any cards with the Majik Isobarik. You'll also need another 2 channels of amplification as the 140s need 4 channels per speaker. I have M140s and mixed some x100 and x200 amps but found it was musically better with all the same type of amp - I went with x100 because I can't currently afford 8 channels of x200 amps. If you have a pre-dynamik 6100 then you should be able to find a matching 2100 for around GBP600 (in fact, give Paul a call at Moorgate Acoustics as he had about 10 of these to sell a couple of weeks ago). You'll need to pay a bit more for a Dynamik powered amp of course.
Keep an eye on the lejonklou.com forum too - or add "wanted" listings - one for an amp, the other for the cards.

Thanks mate,
It is Dynamiked, I also have two channels in my DSI. I'll have a look at those sites for some cards.

RE: Aktive cards
Despite appearances, the 109 and 140 are quite different - the scoop behind the 2K array is very different in that, on a 109, it has the port built into it.

So, in short, different Aktiv cards.
