Are people using their set only for music or also for other sources like movies and TV?
Less than 20% of the time I use it for music. How much time do you use your Linn set for music compared to TV and movies? Set 1: ADSM, A4200/D, A242 (mk2), Silvers, K400. Set 2: MDSM, Majik 109, Energy sub, K200. Other: HDI Dune Max, QNAP TS-439II+, Twonky, Kinsky. |

About 75% music for me.

Now that I've got an ADSM will play the skybox through it for movies. Also songcast to it for YouTube.
Use it far more than when I had an exotik as its so much easier to control. So I would say about 20% skybox, rest music. ADSM, 4200/D, 109s, k400, silvers |

100% music. I've tried blu-ray or PVR into the KK but neither sounded particularly good.

The speakers in the current generation of LED flat screen televisions are fairly feeble. I've turned mine off, and the sound is permanently routed through the main system.

75% music and the rest movies. I run Linn Blacks from my Sony Bluray player into the Kairn. The result is very good.
