Discover Media Server Test failed

Discover Media Server Test failed
I’ve installed my Majik DS a couple of days ago and everything seems to work and I can play music from my NAS.

However, if I run the Network Test “Discover Media Server (NAS)” in the diagnostics Tab of the Linn config application it fails (see attached log). The other two network tests work fine.

What does that mean? Do I have a network problem?

I’m using a ReadyNas NV+ with Twonky 4.4.11 (trial version).

The results you attached were for the TCP test - it passed as these results show. As for the Media Server discovery test failing - if you can play music I wouldn't worry about it

Hi Rockfather,

Thanks for your reply. I was mislead by the fact that the TCP Connection status is just the first log file to pop up....

So there seems to be no log file for the Discover Media Server test which gives me some details why it is failing?
