Yes, I know. My wife is from Kendal. I knew that K Shoes were taken over by Clarks years ago, and that K-Shoes/Clarks shoes are now largely made in Street in Somerset, as well as the fact that one of the factory sites was turned into K-Village in Kendal where there is still a factory outlet. So-called 'progress'! Anyway, it was just a bit of fun. :-)

Since a stiletto is a knife with a silent k,can we also assume that the 'k' in Stiletto is both silent and unseen,in keeping with its(the knife) tradition.

Nice one! I think you're probably correct! Now maybe as well as the k being silent, so should I, and let this thread return to topic!

RE: Tangerine Plateau & Stiletto
Having now lived with my Stiletto LP for quite a few months there aren't enough superlatives I can add. It brings the LP12 to a new dimension without losing any of the strengths of its signature.

Well done the Tangerine boys!

Regards,

Martin
