And yes, that is about the best I can do. I know gemacht is wrong, but I have no idea what would be better.

JPO: most things you post look like me speaking German.
If you don't speak a language, it may be quite hard to get answers you appreciate.
Also, you do not always get what you want, especially when you demand it.

To be honest I don't know what it is he wants.. there have been many threads on how people do things, like he says (eg. Audacity - I wrote one myself). Even if there was a specific "How To" forum (is that what he wants?) it would still need a search to find what you're looking for so what would it gain?
Judging from all his previous posts he considers himself as some sort of guru who has come down the mountain to educate us.
So he is not looking for information, he has decided that he shall spread knowledge, or at least his take on it.

RE: Instructions
I would politely suggest that this forum is about Linn and our experiences with Linn and Linn stuff in a Linn context, sometimes with non-Linn working with Linn but its predominantly about Linn. It is, of course, entirely reasonable to discuss non-Linn content here, as the Linn forum is a broad church and is, very graciously by Linn, lightly moderated - which is very enlightened of Linn.

For non-Linn stuff, if you would like to raise a specific topic JPO, try first searching for that topic then, if you do not find it, raise a new thread in an appropriate sub-forum. If that doesn't generate much interest, how about looking at non-Linn websites and forums?

I wasn't even that far off. Smile
'Die fälle' was something I never understood in school. I could do them in Latin, but not in German. I became, did have become, sufficient in them in English eventually, but I dropped German and French in favour of math, physics etc. Those were a lot easier for me.
Luckily Germans consider my take on their language as cute, thank you Rudi Carell, so there's really no need to become very good at it. Wink

Tin,
German is yet another league than Latin, at least I would say so (having had Latin in School as well).
Anyway, I was quite astounded to see anybody here (this includes the OP ?) understood what I was typing. So well done, well done !
BTW: this autocorrect thing with Apple is driving me crazy.
