Search/seek function through IR remote lost
My Sneaky Music DS seems to have lost its ability to seek/search/fast forward at the press of the corresponding button on the IR remote.
I have been using various RC5 handsets to control the Sneaky and the "<<" and ">>" buttons were always working as expected. Now they don't, while all other commands work as before.

Search still works on the Mac and iOS Apps.

I am now using Davaar 4.59.183 but had the same problem with 4.56.177.

Does anybody know when this bug (which I suppose it is) first appeared?

RE: Search/seek function through IR remote lost
Not sure it is a bug as such. The corresponding seek buttons on the REM020 still work as before, but it doesn't have << >> buttons.

The Linn RC5 codes are listed here if it helps:
http://docs.linn.co.uk/wiki/index.php/RC5_Codes

Looks like the relevant codes are 50 and 52.

Akurate EDSM | Majik ExaktBox-I [on Custom Design iRAPs] | Majik 140, REL T5
Rega RP1, [DS214play +Jitterbug, MinimServer], Kazoo [Linx1010]

AV: Marantz NR1506 | B&W 652(C), M1(S), REL T5 (LFE) | Fronts powered by Linn
Net: NetGear DGN2200 | GS108 | AQ Forest x3

I don't use a Linn remote as the Sneaky doesn't come with one. I use some older Naim remotes instead that are fully compatible, i.e. send the same commands as a Linn remote would.

RE: Search/seek function through IR remote lost
Thanks Rockfather for the info and for keeping up the great support. I've been checking for updates regularly and I guess it won't take long for the next one to appear...
