Lingo switch with Hercules II?
Has anybody used the switch from a Lingo with the Hercules II power supply board? I believe the signalling (contact closure) is the same but I don't know if they are wired identically. I have the Hercules II P/S in my LP12 but the on/off/33/45 switch action has a cheap feel to it and I think I'm going to have seizures with that bright blue LED!

RE: Lingo switch with Hercules II?
The Lingo switch plugs in differently than the Hercules. The Lingo switch cable is a flat ribbon that slips into a ribbon connector. The Hercules II switch ends in a flat connector with a number of small sockets that slips over a set of pins on the board - somewhat line a minature version of the connector for the Lingo umbilical board.
You would have to rewire the switch to connect it and that's assuming it would work at all - which is far from certain.
