RE: BBC Radio Dropouts
Had an idea to go back to FM.... I assume if I plugged a analogue tuner into a DSM, it could songcast it to other DS on the network?

RE: BBC Radio Dropouts
Normally the BBC channels are very reliable on my ADS. But if any station is not available it tends to be R3.
Usually cured by keying in R4 or R2 until sound comes through then move to R3.
Invariably solves the problem for me. I don't understand what is going on.

I have to agree, I always listen to Cerys and it was not the best experience. I also noticed yesterday afternoon in the car I was losing the signal here in the North West. So not good day for listening in either format radio to t'internet.

I watch the waves roll in and roll out just the same

RE: BBC Radio Dropouts
I've been getting dropouts on R4, Radio Ulster for many weeks. They do not occur on foreign stations, e.g. Hungarian Kossuth Radio, Magyar Katolikus Radio etc!

I'd like to connect up my analogue tuner but it died a few months ago. Analogue tuners are a rare breed these days! Can anyone suggest a source? I'm not too happy buying electronics off ebay, especially old equipment.

Thanks!

John

Any more news on this issue? Gave up with it at the weekend, totally useless.
Other non BBC stations were okay.
