KDSM unbalanced inputs
Anyone know how to go about using Balanced xlr inputs as unbalanced RCA input?
I think there are cable converters for this but what needs configured on KDSM.

Trying to do this i think http://docs.linn.co.uk/wiki/index.php/Wi..._Processor

Merry Christmas all!

Merry Christmas! Try this:

It shouldn't need any change to KDSM configuration.

♫ ♫ Akurate EDSM | Majik ExaktBox-I [on Custom Design iRAPs] | Majik 140, REL T5
♫ ♫ Rega RP1, [QNAP HS-251+, Jitterbug, MinimServer, Asset], Kazoo [Linx1010]

RE: KDSM unbalanced inputs
You could also make one yourself. RCA uses 2 of the 3 signals from balanced XLR, there is no magic or anything difficult involved.

Linn supply a pair of these Neutrik adapters with the KDSM: http://www.neutrik.com/en/accessories/ci...rs/na2mpmf

You don't need to make any changes in Konfig except maybe adjust the input sensitivity to suit your requirements.
